Decentralized purchase flow on Ethereum with on-chain escrow. Integrates MetaMask for ETH payments/signing. The Solidity contract models buyer, seller, inspector, and lender; funds only release after inspector and lender approval. Frontend in Next.js with Ethers.js/Web3, developed and tested using Hardhat.
